Sisters Featured in New St. Gemma Video!

Last year, Claire, a friend and former discerner with our community, reached out and asked about interviewing some Sisters for short films on some Passionist Saints. We took her up on the offer, so she flew up to Whitesville and spent a few days filming here at our monastery. After that, we didn’t give the matter much thought, knowing that it would probably be months before the videos were fully edited and ready to present to the public.

The first mini-documentary, on St. Gemma, was finally published on Youtube last week. However, we were amazed to discover that our little film had a much bigger impact than we expected, since our friend was working with the very popular Catholic Youtuber Gabriel Castillo (Gabi After Hours)!

We’re humbled and grateful to have been part of this effort to make our Crucified Lord and His Passionist Saints better known. We hope that this video (and the upcoming one on St. Gabriel Possenti!) will be a blessing to you and to all who will watch it. May the Passion of Jesus and the Sorrows of Mary be ever in our hearts!
