A Word from St. Paul of the Cross
Today, April 28th, was the traditional feast day of St. Paul of the Cross. While the celebration of our Holy Founder has now been moved to October (where it is closer to his actual day of death), there is no reason why we can’t give him a little shout-out today!
“What will it be when we sing without ceasing that eternal Trisagion, ‘Holy, Holy, Holy,’ and when with all the saints we sing Alleluia! This will always come from our hearts, our spirits. When we are united to God more than iron is united to fire, for without ceasing to be iron, it seems to be all fire … Oh, when will that day come!”
May this great Saint of the Paschal Mystery intercede for each one of you and for all your loved ones, that you may be transformed into the saints God created you to be!
