O Sacrament in which I receive the very Blood You poured out for the forgiveness of my sins and those of the whole world!
O Jesus! You said that the one who eats You in the Eucharist will live because of You....
O Jesus, this Eucharistic union with You can only be compared to the life of the Trinity....
O Sacred Banquet in which You offer Yourself as my nourishment....
O Jesus, Your flesh is food indeed and Your blood is drink indeed....
O Risen Body of my Lord Jesus Christ, filled with the Holy Spirit!
O Jesus, when I eat the Eucharist, I eat Fire and Spirit!

O Sacrament which gives me the possession here on earth of the first fruits of a future fullness that will embrace me in my totality....
O Sacrament which gives me the pledge of future resurrection....
O Jesus, in the Eucharist I digest the "secret" of the resurrection!
O Eucharistic Bread! Medicine of immortality and antidote of death....
O Sacrament that expresses and reinforces our communion with the Church in heaven....
O Sacrifice of the Lamb, uniting us to the liturgy of heaven....
O glimpse of heaven appearing on earth!
O glorious ray of the heavenly Jerusalem, piercing the clouds of our history and lighting up our journey....
O Sacrament that calls us to fulfill our duties as citizens of this world....

Communion brings about our mutual abiding—You in me and I in You....
From You, I draw spiritual power to carry out Your work....
Eucharistic Jesus, You are the source and summit of evangelization!
O Sacrament, whose goal is my communion with Father, Son and Holy Spirit....
You contain the unifying power to confirm the unity of the Mystical Body....
O Jesus, in the Blessed Sacrament,
I love You! I adore You!
O Jesus! At work in the Eucharist is the joint and inseparable activity You have with the Holy Spirit....
The Church is fortified by the Divine Paraclete through the sanctification of our souls and bodies in the Eucharist....
O Jesus, in this great Sacrament we receive the gift of Yourself and of Your Holy Spirit!
Whoever eats You will live because of You....
Because we feed on the Eucharist, O Jesus, we become a "sacrament" for humanity, a sign and instrument of salvation, the light of the world, and the salt of the earth!
